I’ve never understood the concept of the little black dress. If you want to stand out you surely would not wear black, and even more so at night when it’s dark out. You need bright colors or… White. Why don’t women wear tight little white dresses? The same exact thing applies to bikinis. Black bikinis are, well, okay…. But if you want to stand out you need a white bikini.
